Experience extensive product knowledge, consistent delivery accuracy and value throughout the entire purchase process.

Delivery times will depend on the type of product you purchase and your location.

Ambient products will ship via ground delivery, and typically arrive in 2 to 3 days. Refrigerated and frozen products are shipped via next-day air. Saturday, early morning and same-day delivery options are available for an upgrade fee. All products requiring refrigeration are shipped in accordance with each manufacturer's recommendations.

We have specific hours of operation; in an emergency, we are available 24 hours/day - 7 days/week!

Our sales representatives are available to help you during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time (CT). Customer Service representatives are also available during this time.

But whenever emergencies happen, we're ready to take your call. Our Emergency Drug Response Team is available to answer your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – nationwide – even on holidays
